Our Glorious leader Flang fighting the Horde for Booty Bay
Greetings interested and uninterested readers, as I previously promised here are the new and fresh rules of our glorious guild [Luftwaffe]. Another word of thanks to the glorious leader Flang for his extremely hard work!
1. Obey your leadership. And it's not only about obeying the Reichsmarschall, or his right hand Generaloberst. It's about obeying those that are above you in rank in various raids and events. Obviously the lower the rank is, the less power the person has, but he is still your superior in some ways. It's a hierarchy. But do have in mind, that such orders as "go die" or "give me all your gold" are not to be obeyed. There is a limit to what you can command.
2. Be friendly and respectful with one another. Order is not the only important thing in a guild, a friendly environment is also very important. A strong bond amongst the guilds members assures effectiveness of certain tasks and the whole guilds progress.
3. Avoid fighting in the guild chat, clear up misunderstandings amongst yourselves in private. But if the problem persists contact a higher ranking officer.
4. No begging, spamming or writing in caps is allowed in the guild chat. Perpetrators are usually warned and if they refuse to listen - kicked out.
5. No cheaters in the guild are tolerated. As in do not breach the server rules. (P.S. ....you're not cheating if you're not caught)
6. English is the only language that is tolerated in the guild chat. Want to talk in other languages? Do it in private or your own created channels. I want everything written in the guild chat to be understood by all members.
6. In the guild chat you should propagate good manners and at least pretend to be nice. Outside? You are free to do whatever. We do not seek a good reputation amongst other players of the realm, because we simply do not care about such things. We pursue our own agendas and that is all that manners. Have fun.
7. If a guild raid is being hosted, be sure to search for tactics via google or youtube if you don't know them. ( Trust me..it's there ), as to avoid wipes and failure to communicate. Not to mention that participation in official guild raids is a must.
8. Trust is something we try to maintain here. There can be no information leaks to the outside from within the guild. As in secrets that might cause problems for a guild member, should be kept within the boundaries of the guild.
9. Spread the word of our glorious order and be on the look out for new promising members!

[Luftwaffe] ranking system
Reichsmarschall Flang posing near a vanquished Horde player
Hello once again my dear readers, today I am pleased to present you the current ranking system of the glorious guild [Luftwaffe] that the magnificent leader Flang has been kind enough to send me. Not only that, but he also blessed us with the new and simply glorious rules that will be posted soon enough.
The ranking system is explained through comparison with the American air force rankings and is created while looking at the German air force rankings in WW2. As our glorious leader Flang said quote - "I just hope the remains of the German regime at the time will not be offended by this modest desecration of their heritage and wont decide to hunt me down. Well even if they did, not like anyone can stand up to my awesomness."
Reichsmarschall - no equivalents in the USA Air force. The highest rank and currently stands for the Guildmaster of [Luftwaffe]
Generalfeldmarschall - General (5 star). Serves as the right hand in the guild, with almost equal permissions and abilities as the Guildmaster.
Generalleutnant - Major General. One of the highest officers in the guild and has almost all of the abilities and permissions as the Generalfeldmarschall, but cannot create events or modify the guild info. As well as reduced number of stacks and gold drawn from the treasury.
Oberst - Colonel. A lesser officer who still has plenty of permissions and is able to draw lesser amounts of stacks and money from the treasury. But is unable to alter any guild info except the public and officer note.
Major - Major. A senior member who is on his way to becoming one of the officers and is already able to communicate with them in a private guild chat. He is unable to alter any guild info including the officer notes, but has been given the permission to alter the public note. Still has the ability to draw a few items and gold coins from the treasury per day.
Oberleutnant - First Lieutenant. A veteran member who has been given the abilities of inviting new members to the guild and promoting some, while only given the permission to withdraw from the first two treasury tabs.
Oberfeldwebel - Master Sergeant. A freshly appointed veteran member, who is being given the opportunity to climb to higher ranks and is currently in the testing period, to find out if he has what it takes to lead and climb further up the steps of leadership of the glorious guild [Luftwaffe]. He's able to invite new members and view treasury tabs as well as deposit in the first two. Has the ability to get direct orders from the officer chat.
Unteroffizier - Staff Sergeant. A higher ranking freshman, who usually is the first one to lead a five man squad, able to view all the treasury tabs and invite new members. He is eligible in becoming an Oberfeldwebel if considered worthy.
Obergefreiter - Corporal. A minor division leader who, if no higher ranking officer is present will have the ability to lead a five man squad. Currently is able to invite new promising members if willing.
Flieger - Private. A fresh new member serving mostly as cannon fodder in the battlefield. Promising ones are picked out to ascend the steps of our glorious ranking system.

The Second Era - Exclusive interview with the Reichsmarschall
Glorious guild leader Flang in front of a guild creation office in Stormwind.
The Reichsmarschall of [Luftwaffe] Flang was generous enough to give us a short interview about the first days of the guild.
Reporter: What did you feel while creating the guild?
Flang: Well honestly I felt torn. First of all I was not so sure about renaming the guild, since I was afraid to disgrace the memory of my predecessor. And at the same time I was quite excited about turning a new page in the chapters of our glorious order.
Reporter: Does the current guild name have anything to do with air force?
Flang: That is very perceptive of you, I'm glad you asked. Indeed the guild name means that air power is very important to us. I dream that one day I will lead an air strike against Orgrimmar and wipe out the Horde. Even as we speak our elite paladin, priest and mage air-born divisions are renown through-out the Alliance.
Reporter: Tell us about the current ranking system of the guild.
Flang: Well the ranking system is based on the German air force ranks in WW2, with more than a half of them excluded since it would be just too complicated with all of them present. Honestly, I'm still not sure about it and I promise you that there will be changes to it for a while, until I am satisfied and it's good enough. I will send you a list of currently available ranks in the near future.
Reporter: What about the guild rules? When will they be announced?
Flang: Well there are a few basic rules available right now, that are mainly based on the simple concept of being friendly with one another and obeying your superiors. But I am planning to do a detailed version and creating a solid and permanent list of rules in the near future. That I will mail you as well.
Reporter: Now that we got the official stuff out of the way, please tell our readers about your work day. I'm sure many would love to find out what keeps you busy.
Flang: I'm sure they would. Well basically, I start the day by checking the treasury for any unauthorized disturbances and if everything is ok (which usually is the case) I visit the local Auction House for personal business, maintaining mine own flow of profit. A true leader always makes sure to have back-up funds just in case the guild needs some.
After that I raid the usual hideouts of renown bosses, who I defeat looting their corpses every single day. I never do understand how they keep reviving but the repeated profit from their deaths does keep my mind at ease more or less.
And obviously, I end the day with spreading the name of my glorious order in various places, be it in battles against horde, showing off my epic skills to my fellow Alliance or in the city streets where I preach about the glory that is [Luftwaffe].
Now if something is amiss in the treasury on the other hand, I spend half of the day tracking the perpetrators and smoking them out of their hiding place, restoring order in the guild and giving the appropriate punishments if they are needed. The last traitor to steal from the guild got exiled from our order and got his leg's broken for running away from me.
Reporter: Magnificent, simply magnificent. Thank you truly for your time on this, it's been a pleasure.
Flang: Likewise.

Prehistory - End of the First Era and the beginning of the Second.
The fall of Apage - one of the Co-Founders of [Wir Gut]
and the first guildmaster of [Luftwaffe]
(Exclusive footage)
As the Greymane realm was turned off our glorious Co-founder Apage transferred to Frostwolf alone, with Drasko temporarily retiring and leaving the guilds fate in his trusted friends hands.
Apage - after stepping into new hunting grounds decided to recreate the guild yet again after discussing it with six trusted advisors who later lent a hand in the creation of the guild. It was decided that the guild name would remain [Wir Gut] in memory of his dear retired friend Drasko.
The trusted advisors were given honorable ranks in the guild and one of them was chosen as Apages right hand. This chosen person was no other than Flang himself. But the other honored members shall not be revealed yet again to maintain privacy.
As time passed the guild prospered, but after a few hours after the guilds creation an unexpected twist occurred that shattered [Wir Gut] completely and forever marked that day as the end of the First Era.
It is said that one of the six trusted advisors was not pleased with Apages choice of leadership and was hurt for not being chosen as the right hand. Thus he staged a coup and ambushed our glorious guild leader while he was busy on his daily Guild Bank maintenance. Taken by surprise Apage was unable to defend himself and was defeated by this traitor, eventually forced to yield. (As shown in the exclusive photo above)
The foul perpetrator demanded the transfer of leadership to him and Apages immediate resignment. With no other choice, our glorious leader agreed to the terms, but while the perpetrator was distracted by the sudden and easy success Apage managed to slip a quick message to Flang, who in turn managed to retrieve all the valuables from the guilds treasury. After confirming that - Apage quickly disbanded the guild completely, refusing to hand it to the traitor. This action marked the end of the First Era and with it Apage vanished, never to be seen again. (Even though it is said that he retired to the Dwarven District of Stormwind city) Soon after the perpetrator vanished as well, devastated by his failure to take over the guild he left in search for other ones that would be worthy of his services.
After the guild was disbanded the mantle of succession fell to Flang and it was his duty to continue this sacred order, thus creating [Luftwaffe] and maintaining it's existence in a different form. So started the Second Era of our glorious guild and a new age of prosperity. All hail our Reichsmarschall!

Prehistory - Beginning of the First Era
Co-founders of [Wir Gut] storming the Blackrock orc flanks
(Exclusive photo "borrowed" from Apages Photo-album)
As many of you might not know, our glorious guild [Luftwaffe] did not start with such a name and our glorious leader Flang was not the founder of this sacred order. The guild started on the Greymane realm of Molten WoW, which is gone now. And it's name back then was [Wir Gut] - a cozy little guild created by two friends with the intention of cheaply acquiring more storage space and quicker ways to transfer items and materials amongst characters. (As in...using the guild bank). The Co-founders were Apage and Drasko - harbingers of this holy order. They shall be forever engraved into the chapters of our progress as the ones that are responsible for the existence of our glorious guild.
The creation of [Wir Gut] was only possible with the help of 8 elite members of the Graymane realm on the Alliance side and their names will be forever remembered and thanked. But for safety and privacy reasons their names will not be revealed.
For lending a hand in the start of the first era of the guild (The second one being on the Frostwolf realm) these 8 brave souls were generously rewarded with 1 gold coin each (A substantial sum at the time) and a thank you letter written by Apage himself. Regrettably the letter was lost as time passed and most of the elite members mysteriously disappeared from the guild ranks almost as soon as the guild itself was created. But that did not demoralize or stop our brave and glorious co-founders and their quest for adventure and awesome - as they traveled the realm conquering lands in the name of.....well in their own name.
And that my dear readers was the beginning our our guild. hail to the founders !
Guess they succeeded.
(Hope Apage wont miss one more)

A word of greeting
The current Reichsmarschall of the guild [Luftwaffe] - Flang
Greetings! Today we begin the glorious adventures of the not so newly founded guild "Luftwaffe" that has been created on the Molten WoW private server - Frostwolf realm. The guild is obviously founded on the Alliance side and is currently a leveling guild that will try to eat up all that World of Warcraft has to offer as it grows, be it PvE(Player versus environment), PvP(Player versus Player) or even a little bit of innocent and fun little RP(Role play). Generally speaking the guild is starting up as a social gathering of players with the intent of creating a bond amongst it's members over time, while doing PvP, raiding together etc. After creating a strong bond and a friendly environment the true advancement of the guild will be at hand. But heck..enough about all that!
As you can see in the picture above, our glorious guildmaster (equivalent of Reichsmarschall in the guilds ranking system) has blessed us with an inconspicuous greeting, even though being extremely busy with guild related matters (Getting down from that damn place was more painful then climbing up). Hail his kind-hearted nature!
Flang is the second guildmaster of our glorious guild, who continued it's sacred existence after the fall of Molten WoW Greymane realm - from where the guild was transferred. And here we finally are, to wreak havoc and have fun at the same time. So join us!.....or be not so very lucky.
To those that might not be on the server yet and decide to join it here is the link - https://www.molten-wow.com/
